Digital garment printing, also known as DTG, uses specialized inkjet printers to print directly onto the garment. The major benefit of DTG printing is the free setup and unlimited colors. Direct to Garment printing is best for lower quantity, multiple color images or full color photographic images.

DTG print features:

• Super soft, no feel on white or light garments without underbase. Unlimited colors in design
• NO setup fees
• Up to 14in. x 16in. print area
• Prints on 100% cotton garments. Prints on light garments as well.
• 12 piece minimum

Artwork requirements:

• File types: .jpg, .gif, .ai, .png, .psd, .tiff, .psd
• Resolution: Minimum 200 dpi, Preferred 300 dpi with image at correct print size

DTG print policies:

• 5% allowable waste rate on customer supplied garments 7 – 10 business day standard turn around
• Pricing for 1 design, 1 print location on shirt.

Q: What is Digital Printing?
A:Digital printing is the process of using specially engineered toners to print full color images on almost any fabric. Digital printing provides excellent image durability and wash fastness, and provide a soft, breathable image feel. These images are NOT iron-on transfers that would leave transfer film around your image. This process is perfect for orders that require vibrant full color or photographic images.

IMPORTANT: Your graphic file should be as large as possible, up to 14″ x 16″ at 300 dpi. Enlarging small graphics degrades image quality considerably. Q: Does Contract Shirt Factory print more than just T-shirts?
A: Contract T-Shirt Factory can print on any type of apparel you want. Just send us an email if you don’t see the item you’re interested in listed on the site.
Q: How big should my image file be?
A: The larger the file the better. Enlarging an image can degrade the image quality. We review all images before we print an order to ensure the highest quality results.
Example: Little images from a Web site will not reproduce well. However, the original full size image that the smaller Web site image was created from would probably reproduce quite well.
Q:Is the reproduced image quality on My Custom T-Shirt really that good?
A: We guarantee it. Obviously, our ability to reproduce a high quality image depends on the quality of the source image you provide when you order. We review all images submitted before printing and will notify you if image reproduction is questionable.

Q: My Local Screen Printers have a color limitations… Is there a limit to the number of colors I can have in my image?
A: No. Contract T-Shirt Factorys’ cutting-edge technology allows us to print your image as you see it.
Q: Do you run specials or sales?
A: Yes, we are always developing offers we believe our customers may be interested. These offers are available exclusively through our special offers and promotion email list. Q: What if I am not satisfied with my order?
A: We are committed to customer satisfaction. However, we are not responsible for typing, color, image, or design errors by customers in the printing process.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Each order is unique to each customer so it has no re-sale value, therefore All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify us within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement the customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received. All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason. We cannot assume responsibility for the quality of your art and we don’t guarantee exact color matches.
